All sales are final. We do not accept returns at this time.

EXCHANGES
We gladly offer exchanges for size adjustments only.
To request an exchange, please email info@FEM31.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
All items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags and labels attached.
Please note:
• Exchanges are subject to available inventory.
• FEM:31 is not responsible for shipping fees related to exchanged items.
SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once processed, your order will ship immediately.
Shipping options include:
• Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days
• Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days
Please ensure all shipping and billing information is accurate before checkout. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in cancellation.
LOCAL PICKUP
If you select local pickup, you’ll receive a text message confirming the pickup time and location.
Items must be collected within 48 hours of purchase.
